Earlier this month, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama donated their daughters' swing-set to charity after President-elect Donald Trump turned down an offer to keep it on the White House grounds.
On Monday, the Obama family paid the set -- and the kids who now call it their own -- a visit at its new home.
As the Washington Postreports, the Obamas stopped by the Jobs Have Priority Naylor Road Family Shelter to meet the children living in the 28-apartment shelter, and to play with them on Sasha and Malia's former play set. The president and first lady also assisted the children in painting an indoor mural of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Video from the visit shows a delighted group of children and shelter employees escorting the Obamas to the swing set.
"Barack Obama!" one child cheered from her place on the swing. "It's Barack Obama!" the president called back.
"This is about how bing Sasha was when we showed up," the president said while pushing a child on the swing.
The Obamas first installed the swing-set back in 2009 when their daughters were just 10 and 7 years old.
