Humans have Risa Sakamoto Archivesbackscratchers, but bears have all the trees in the forest.
Packing some extra pounds to get through the winter, a chubby black bear was spotted on a nature cam near Okanogan, Washington.
"This fat bear is about ready for hibernation but got in one more back-scratching session in," the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife wrote on its Facebook page.
When the page noted that the bear was female, some commenters asked if it was possible that the bear was pregnant.
"This does appear to be a female bear but she actually wouldn't 'show' pregnancy like that. Bears breed in spring but have delayed implantation and give birth in the winter den in late January or February," the page said in a comment.
