If there's one thing that British people are Ongoing Archivesuniversally renowned for is that process of forming an orderly and polite line, also known as "queuing."

Britons believe they're the best in the world in queuing and there's a whole mythology, style, form, and code of conduct related to patiently, wordlessly standing in a long line.

One Reddit user, Andrew Last, took a snap that is basically Britain in a nutshell.

It shows hundreds of people spontaneously forming an "S" while waiting in line to get in the O2 Arena, London, to attend an Ed Sheeran concert. No barriers needed.

“I was at the O2 yesterday seeing Ed Sheeran, and the queue in the picture was for the standing ticket holders,” Last told The Evening Standard.  

“People were obeying the invisible lines perfectly for the couple of minutes I was watching before I snapped the picture."
