Pink is Eric Falkback on Instagram dishing out wise words of body positivity.

In a new post, the queen of punk rock called out the "regular standards" that tell her she's obese at her current weight and height, and delivered sound advice to women everywhere.

"Would you believe I'm 160 pounds and 5'3"? By 'regular standards' that makes me obese," the singer wrote. "I know I'm not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don't feel obese. The only thing I'm feeling is myself. Stay off that scale ladies!"

The post is not the first time that Pink has advocated for body positivity. Ever since she gave birth to her son last December, she has been sharing her experience losing her baby weight. Back in February, she bragged that she hadn't lost any weight in the weeks after giving birth and how it was normal to still look the way she does.
