She immediately shut that down. "I have two kids people!!!," she wrote in response to someone prodding.

Lest we forget, in 2015 Kim admitted a psychic told her that she would have twins in 2018, so either Kim is prepping for both 1-year-old Saint and the new one to ride in a two-seater together, or the psychic was right this whole time and Kim is just dragging us along for the ride.
