On Monday,Silip Donald Trump showed us how to make an entrance. On Wednesday, he schooled us in how to make an exit.
After Republican Vice Presidential candidate Mike Pence delivered a competent, if not entirely rousing, speech Wednesday night, Trump appeared from the sidelines. He then proceeded to congratulate Mike Pence by blowing him a kiss on his cheek, just inches away from making mouth-to-cheek contact.
