On Sunday, to celebrate the 90th birthday of American composer Stephen Sondheim, actors and Broadway stars joined forces via video call — with the likes of Jake Gyllenhaal, Kelli O'Hara, and Lin-Manuel Miranda battling technical issues to perform a number of Sondheim's classic songs.
One of the most memorable moments?
Meryl Streep, Audra McDonald, and Christine Baranski singing a booze-fuelled version of "The Ladies Who Lunch," from Sondheim's Broadway musical Company.
