Mando is rhamba eroticismheaded to movie theaters. In news that should surprise absolutely no one, Disney+'s The Mandalorianis making the intergalactic jump to the big screen, Lucasfilm announced today.
Titled The Mandalorian & Grogu, the project will go into production sometime this year with director and producer Jon Favreau at the helm of the ship. Lucasfilm execs Kathleen Kennedy and Dave Filoni will also serve as producers.

"The prospect of bringing the Mandalorian and his apprentice Grogu to the big screen is extremely exciting."
It's Filoni's first major move since he was promoted to chief creative officer at Lucasfilm late last year, which put him in the position to oversee the studio's expansive storytelling and help guide filmmakers through the ever-expanding lore.
Bringing Din Djarin and Grogu to the big screen seems like a no-brainer, considering how beloved these characters — and series star Pedro Pascal — have become in the four years since the show premiered on Disney+. And let's face it: Disney and Lucasfilm could really use a win right now. As Mando would say, they like those odds.
