What can Boobwatch 1 (1996)you say besides, kids these days?
Norway has an annual post-graduation tradition called "Russ," in which kids party and drink heavily for a few weeks. This often includes taking your clothes off, I guess.

Terje Moe Gustavsen, who runs the Public Roads Administration, released this statement on Wednesday: "Everyone understands that being in and around roundabouts is a traffic hazard."
He continued by saying, "It may not be so dangerous for someone to be without clothes on the bridge, but drivers can get too much of a surprise and completely forget that they are driving," he added.
My question is: why roundabouts? Especially one that has a bush in the middle of it? Why not try out something square or rectangular for some variety at least?
And if the drivers completely forget they are driving, what do they think they're doing? Watching an episode of the scandalous hit TV show Skins? And if this is just high school graduation, what on Earth do Norwegians do after college??
And to think, the craziest thing I did for my high school graduation was eat a more expensive dinner than usual, and the most reckless thing I did for my college graduation was get a massive sunburn.
I'm just happy for Norway having everything together well enough that the only announcements they need to make are about people having too much fun.
But in all seriousness, please stay safe, Norwegian teens.
