Zeb Orrelios, a former rebel and current New Republic pilot most famously associated with Star Wars Rebels, takes a seat at the bar. He has an exchange with Teva about the Nevarro situation and how difficult it is to get help from Coruscant before wishing Teva luck on his way out.
It's not a hugely substantial scene, but it isthe live-action debut of a character who previously only lived in an animated series. He follows Ahsoka Tano and Bo-Katan Kryze as animated characters who took physical form in The Mandalorian. And yes, he was played by his original voice actor Steve Blum.
Sometimes it's just nice to catch up with an old friend.
