As commentators have pointed out, the Trump era does feel like an episode of Veep-- except there's nothing funny about baby Gitmo and the possibility of World War III.
Still, moments like this give me unspeakable amounts of joy. If anyone outside the White House could padlock the entrance to Trump's McDonalds' stash right now, I'd really really appreciate it.
