The youngest Jonas will not only host the upcoming SNL, he's also be the evening's musical guest. The Feb. 27 is a bigger deal because, as host, Nick will be appearing in many more sketches and likely playing a lead role in at least a few. He's also notably joining a very small community of past SNLguests who were paid the dual honor of hosting and performing original music in the same night.

It's an illustrious crew that, in recent years, has included superstars like Chance the Rapper, Donald Glover, Harry Styles, and Halsey. But SNLhas been around for decades, and past double-duty hosts have also included the likes of Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake.

The Nick Jonas episode will cap off a stacked February for SNLthat's already featured hosts Regina King, Dan Levy, and John Krasinski, as well as Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page, who hosts the Feb. 20 episode (aka tonight if you're reading this news on the day it published).
