Well,Dear Utol (2025): Fake Orgasm Episode 44 it has come to this.
Taco Bell's latest creation, the Firecracker Burrito, is filled with rice, cheese, beef, and red tortilla strips — a pretty standard combo, right? Wrong, friends. Alongside this burrito comes a packet. A small packet. A small packet full of spicy pop rocks.

News of this devilish new offering broke on Reddit, where burrito scout Elbore called it "funky."
The Firecracker comes in two varieties: cheesy and spicy. The cheesy option contains nacho cheese, and the spicy option contains a bit of chipotle sauce to complement the hot salt explosions already occurring in your mouth. Both choices come wrapped in a thematically appropriate red tortilla, and you can add the "popping crystals — why wouldn't you, TBH — for 20 cents more than the original price of $1.29.
You might want to be careful pouring those bad boys, though. Foodbeast warns that if you use too many, the burrito tastes "way too sweet." Ew.
The Firecracker Burrito will be available until Aug. 16 at four Taco Bell locations in Anaheim, Santa Ana, and Tustin, California. Try it if you dare ... or if you're just feeling nostalgic for '90s candy.
