The video is directed by Tom Hingston according to Billboard, and features the song's lyrics being broadcast across a wall of TVs in the window of a store called Newton Electrical -- a sly nod to Bowie's character in The Men Who Fell To Earthand the Bowie-penned musical, Lazarus.
Slowly, a crowd gathers outside the shopfront, entranced by the minimalist and eerie sights on the screens.
