Assassin's Creed Odysseyis real, katy perry sex videos y'all.
Ubisoft officially revealed the next game in the Assassin's Creed series in a tweet Thursday after an early leak revealed its name and logo ahead of E3. Based on the logo and short clip, Assassin's Creed Odysseyappears that it will be taking place in ancient Greece.
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
The clip is incredibly short and features one guy punting another guy off a cliff in the style of King Leonidas in the movie 300.
Via GiphyIf the Spartan helmet in the logo didn't make it clear enough that this game is set in ancient Greece, surely that kick cements it. It's hard to glean anything else from the five-second video on Twitter, but we will be learning more at E3, likely at Ubisoft's press conference on June 11.
SEE ALSO: 'Fallout 76' announced after a hype-filled Twitch stream, but what is it?Assassin's Creed Odysseywill be the 11th game in the series and like (almost) every other game that came before it, you'll undoubtedly be stepping into the role of an assassin and killing bad people while exploring an open world by the Mediterranean Sea.
The previous game in the series, Assassin's Creed Origins, took the story back to its beginnings in ancient Egypt. Odysseywill probably take place after Originsin the timeline but before many of the other games.
Normally this is where the article would end but I can't stop thinking about the kick in the Assassin's Creed Odysseyclip. Look at how far this guy flies:
Via GiphyThe guy getting kicked is wearing what appears to be steel plate armor, and he doesn't look like a small dude. Altogether, he's gotta weigh something like, what, 300 pounds? Look how farhe goes. The kicker's legs are either imbued with magic or he can squat more than anyone else has in history.
He shoots like 30 feet straight out before he even starts he's downward fall. That's inhuman.
Anyway, hopefully we'll get a release date and a longer look at some gameplay on June 11.
